About Us

Chandausi in Moradabad district is a famous educational city, having boys and girls educational institutions from primary to postgraduate level. But the city lacked facility of teacher training (B Ed). To meet this lacuna, Prof. (Dr) Shri Pal Singh Yadav, former Member of Parliament, and Dr Om Prakash Kanchan, reputed physician of the city, decided to establish Model Public Education College, specifically for running B Ed classes.
The history of Model Public institutions in Chandausi is a quite old:

• Model Public Primary School, established in 1987
• Model Public Junior High School, established in 1996
• Model Public High School, established in 1999
• Model Public Inter College, established in 2002
• Model Public Law College, established in 2003

So far last in the chain is Model Public Education College, established in 2005.

At present law college is running LLB classes and education college B Ed classes. The founders have plans to start higher classes in both the colleges. The plans are afoot to start LLM and LLD classes in the law college and B Ed and Ph D classes in the education college. The idea is that Chandausi city excels in the educational field in the country.
